SHIPPING
Each shipment costs €8.00 including VAT within the Italian territory. Shipping is free for purchases over €120.00 including VAT.
The preparation and handling of the shipment take place within 3 working days from receipt of payment.
All shipments are made by courier with package tracking.
Delivery takes 2-3 working days for any destination, except during holiday periods. For Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia, and difficult-to-reach areas, delivery will take 3 to 5 working days.
For special requirements such as insurance or delivery by appointment, please contact shop@leamichedichicca.it before completing your purchase, as these are extra services with a surcharge.
For international shipments, costs may vary based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination and shipping method. Furthermore, purchases made outside of Italy may be subject to import duties and taxes: any additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping to European countries (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary) costs €20.00 VAT included, and is free for purchases over €250 VAT included.
It is advisable to group your purchases into a single order. Two separate orders placed at different times cannot be grouped into one, and shipping costs will be applied to each order.
IN-STORE PICKUP
It is possible to pick up the purchased product directly at our store, located at Via di Ravecca 45 rosso, Genoa, Italy. Simply choose this option during checkout and, by appointment, present a printout of the purchase confirmation and an identity document. Please check the website for store opening hours.
