SALES CONTRACT
Purchasing via e-commerce falls under the so-called "distance contract," defined by the Consumer Code as any contract concluded between the professional and the consumer through the exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication, up to the conclusion of the contract itself, 1 which takes place with the submission and payment of the order. In this specific case, the purchase is made through the online technologies made available by LE AMICHE DI CHICCA, a jewelry store with physical and legal headquarters in Genoa, at Via di Ravecca 45 Rosso, 16128, Genova, Italy.
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The correct completion of the order form is necessary, which implies acceptance of LE AMICHE DI CHICCA's commercial proposal and the obligation to pay, the amount of which is clearly defined in the dedicated area of the shop. Before making the purchase, it is advisable to read all the information governing the purchase, withdrawal, exchange, warranty, processing of personal data, and shipping and payment methods. By confirming and submitting the order, the customer assumes the obligation to pay the price and additional shipping costs (Article 51 of the Consumer Code).
Following the submission of the order, the customer will receive an email with a confirmation message of receipt of the order. The contract is thus considered concluded, but its effectiveness is suspensively conditioned upon the payment of the goods, which must take place within 5 days from the conclusion of the contract.
Otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled, and the goods will be released and made available again.
In case of purchase, the customer will be informed of the order status via email, based on the processing of the order itself.
From the date of bank notification of the payment of the order, it will be processed, and the product delivered within a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 5 working days.
BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer undertakes and is obliged during the registration and purchase phase to enter their real personal data and their active email address. The insertion of false, third-party, or fictitious data is prohibited.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase free of charge within 14 working days, starting from the day of receipt of the purchased goods, without being obliged to provide a reason for the decision.
The customer, within the aforementioned period, must communicate this via certified email (PEC) to leamichedichicca@pec.it or by registered mail with return receipt to the following address:

To be entitled to a refund, the item must be unused and in the same undamaged condition in which it was received, including the original packaging.
It is necessary to indicate the order confirmation number, the date on which it was placed, a brief description of the product to be returned, a declaration of its integrity, and the bank details of the current account to which the amount will be refunded. LE AMICHE DI CHICCA will communicate receipt of this communication via email.
In case of withdrawal, the customer must return the purchased goods at their own expense within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the purchased item, in their entirety. The product packaging must be perfectly intact and sealed and in the original packaging. The returned goods are under the full responsibility of the customer (loss, damage, etc.). After receiving and verifying the condition of the returned products, we will refund the amount related to the aforementioned purchase within 30 days from the return of the goods. If the goods are found to be damaged, the value of the damage will be considered in the refund.
The refund consists of the full amount paid, excluding extra costs such as shipping, commissions, or customs duties.
In case of withdrawal, it is advisable to notify the seller LE AMICHE DI CHICCA also via email shop@leamichedichicca.it in order to block the shipment as soon as possible and speed up the refund process. If the goods have already been shipped, the aforementioned procedure will be followed.
In case of withdrawal, the buyer can also choose, instead of a refund, an exchange with an item of equal or greater price. Also in this case, the customer must follow the return procedures described above. Furthermore, they must include in the communication via PEC or registered mail with return receipt the indication of the product they wish to receive in place of the returned one, including a brief description and the reference code of the new product. Following the return of the goods, LE AMICHE DI CHICCA will make a new shipment with the item chosen as a replacement for the previous one.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of products made to order or personalized or on sale. In the case of perfume products, the packaging must not be opened; otherwise, the item cannot be returned.
SELLER'S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
LE AMICHE DI CHICCA has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 7 days of the conclusion of the contract itself, informing the customer via email, if the product is not available. In this case, the customer will be entitled to a refund of any amount already paid, which will be returned via bank details indicated by the customer, within 7 working days.
